My baby girl asked Jesus to live in her heart!

Tuesday morning, my 5 year old daughter did the most important thing she will ever do. She asked Jesus to come live in her heart. I am definitely so proud of her. She is very excited too. She grabbed the phone to call Daddy immediately. We were doing school and had just finished our devotion when she asked me why Jesus died on the cross for our sins. I explained to her why and made sure she understood what a sin was and told her that if He lived in our hearts, we get to go live in Heaven with Him one day. She said she wanted to invite Him into her heart and we prayed the prayer sitting on the school room floor. Definitely a good day!
